"I found CCT driving by and seeing a trailer (from the freeway) in their inventory that I was thinking about buying in the future. Stopped in and was impressed with the customer service folks. Wasn't buying that day but they still took the time to show me inventory and options. Fast forward a year or so and went to purchase a trailer from our local dealer ( a competitor) and the customer service was terrible. Called the CCT in Elk Grove and spoke with an extremely nice gentleman. Within minutes I was on my way to see trailers. When I arrived (almost 30 minutes later) he was waiting to help me see the trailers he had told me about on the phone.I didn't have to try and remember what we'd spoken about and try and have someone else figure out what we were looking for. He wasn't gone or helping someone else as I expected. He was right there willing to help but at the same time absolutely no pressure to buy. Ended up buying a bigger nicer trailer than we had expected and have been very happy with the entire experience.
After that they are our go to for parts and accessories. The parts Department folks are just as nice and helpful.
We finally decided the time was right for the trailer that I had been shown when I first stopped into CCT originally. Was immediately helped and once again the entire sales staff was so friendly and helpful! Left on day one to make a decision and there was no pressure from them just a friendly "If you're ready let us know and we'll get it going for you." The very next day I went back and ordered a new trailer and am having them install hitches for our trucks as well. I was so impressed with once again being treated so well, never being treated like "oh your a woman you don't know what you want" like other places have in the past. They were willing to go over every option available and pretty much knew what I would want before even asking. I made the decision to make the order because I felt like they cared about the purchase but not in a "we're going to make money" sort of way.
Over the weekend I thought about my purchase and decided on changing a couple options as I didn't feel I'd completely chosen what we would be happy with. Called Monday morning and "no problem! We will get on that right away." Really?! These guys are too good to be true.
There is a long wait for the trailer (no fault of CCT) but they have made it work out to come sooner than we expected and we are extremely grateful to them for thinking ahead of time of their future customers.
If your looking for a great place to purchase trailers and get great service this is definitely the place.
